Benefits of frequently used services

Dear users,
did you know that if you use some services of the slovensko.sk portal regularly or repeatedly, you can add them to "Frequently used services"? This way you can also save the time and simplify access to selected electronic services. You can only add electronic services that are filled out directly in the electronic mailbox environment to frequently used services. External services, i.e. those whose forms are filled out on other portals (for example on portal.minv.sk, financnasprava.sk, etc.) cannot currently be added in this way.

Logging in with foreign tools of electronic identification

Dear users,
from June 9, 2022, users of electronic identification tools with substantial level of security can log in to the slovensko.sk and also use an electronic mailbox and send electronic messages and submissions. These are, for example, users of the Netherlands, Denmark and Latvia. Next year, this will also apply to France and Sweden.

Unavailability of cross-border login

Dear users,
we would like to inform you that on the 13th of October 2021 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. there will a technical maintenance - eIDAS node will be updating. Because of this, occasional short-term unavailability of authentication procedures with Slovak identification cards with electronic chips on foreign portals and also authentication with foreign documents on Slovak portals can occur during this time period. This unavailability will be realised in accordance to release plan of deployed changes (only in Slovak).

if “delivery notification” (SK: Notifikácia o doručení) arrives in your electronic mailbox, it means that an electronic decision is sent from the public authority. eIDAS login for residents of EU Member States

The residents of EU Member States (only designated countries) are allowed to use their own ID to access electronic services provided by Slovak republic authorities with valid ID with electronic chip (any identification valid for electronic authentication in EU member state).
