1. How can I pay administrative fees for electronic submission online?
The fastest way to pay the administrative fee is by card directly through the electronic mailbox. Furthermore, you can choose to pay by electronic transfer via internet banking or Pay by square by scanning QR code. Other ways are also as payment via mobile or web application eKolok or payment by postal voucher.
2. Which of the payment methods is recommended?
Those methods of payment differ from one another, in terms of their time consuming and the required technological equipment of the applicant. While the electronic bank transfer is processed by the system within 72 hours, the card payment is made immediately, there is no need for access to internet banking or an installed bank mobile application, a special mobile phone, or a personal visit to the post office, and therefore the fee is recommended to be paid by card.
3. Can I pay by card for all electronic submission?
Currently, it is only possible to pay by card selected electronic submission of the General Public Prosecutor’s Office of SR, the Ministry of the Interior of SR, the Ministry of Transport and Construction of SR, the Ministry of Justice of SR and the fee for the request for reactivation of the electronic mailbox for delivery.
4. How do I know the information necessary for the payment?
Once the submission has been submitted, the selected electronic service is processed, which may take several hours. You will then receive a message in the electronic mailbox titled “Payment order” containing all the necessary information for payment (deadline for payment, amount, account number in the form of IBAN, variable symbol, etc.).
5. What should I do if I want to pay a card?
Directly in the electronic mailbox in the corresponding payment order, you can find the green button “Pay”, then select the payment option by card and click on “Pay by card” to get to the virtual kiosk. Fill in the card owner’s name, payment card number, expiration date, CVC2 code and go to “Confirm payment”. Payment by card is processed immediately. After payment, you will receive a confirmation message to the electronic mailbox. A more detailed description of the steps can be found in the video tutorial... (only in Slovak)
6. Where can I find proof of payment?
Once the fee has been paid, a message entitled "Information on payment" is sent to the mailbox containing the "Save accounting document" button, allowed for download and subsequent print of the proof of payment.
7. Why can't I pay an administrative fee by card? What is the problem?
If you have not yet paid by card, it is possible that you have disabled MO/TO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) payments for security reasons. If you pay with your card regularly and still fail to pay, it is possible that you have exceeded the set daily or monthly limit. The required limit for the selected payment type and card must therefore be set in your Internet banking first.
