In connection with the implementation of the Single Digital Gateway project, the Social Insurance Agency has created an electronic form "Notifying changes in the personal or professional circumstances of the person receiving social security benefits, relevant for such benefits", which serves primarily for citizens of other EU Member States, i.e. those living outside the territory of the Slovak Republic. You can submit the e-form „Notifying changes in the personal or professional circumstances of the person receiving social security benefits, relevant for such benefits“ by filling in the e-form with a chip-activated ID card (Application/Sign-in via eID).
