Popis služby

The service enables the sending employer or the posted employee to request the issuance of a portable document A1 (PD A1) for the reason of the posting. This declares that the employee will be subject to the legislation of the Slovak Republic in the field of social security during his or her employment in another EU Member State of the European Union (including the territory of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom). To apply the institution of posting, i.e., the issuance of PD A1, it is only possible under conditions established by valid European legislation. Informácie o službe
